White papers are great… for projects that remain speculative, in progress, and unreleased.  The Gene-Chain is real, however, working now as a marketplace for genomic data, paying people in DNA tokens. Anyone with their data from Ancestry, Codigo46, or 23andMe can already log into my.encrypgen.com and upload their data, make a profile, contribute to science and get paid.
